Hello serious readers and casual drinkers, have we got a contest for you!
To celebrate a bunch of things, including the release of Todd Robinson’s awesome debut novel, The Hard Bounce, we’re asking you (responsibly) to put on your best bartender outfit and come up with a new drink called…The Hard Bounce.
Here are the “rules” as outlined by Todd:
1) Bourbon-based, due to it being Boo’s liquor of choice.
2) If it’s pink, you will be found and injured.
3) It will be judged by a panel of bouncers.
Recipes must be entered by Sunday, March 17th (coincidentally, that’s St. Patrick’s Day if that helps you remember). Some manner of sampling/judging will occur that night. The winners will be announced after everybody wakes up and gets a little more clear headed.
First place gets a signed hardcover copy of The Hard Bounce AND a year’s subscription to Thuglit.
Second place will get a signed hardcover copy of The Hard Bounce
Third place will get something currently unknown, but likely awesome.
